Terms of service

  • Response time is usually 1-2 weeks. More in some cases (usually depends on the position you are in)

  • The complexity of the artwork will add an additional fee.

  • Extra details (such as extras, objects and accessories) have an additional cost

  • There is a limit to the changes that can be requested in the sketch, 2 will be made completely free of charge, those that are made later will have an additional cost to the initial total cost of the part.

  • Payment is strictly in advance once the final sketch is sent

  • There will be extra charges if you want to make changes once the piece is finished

  • Payments are made through PayPal and for Ecuadorians they accept bank transfers (Pichincha Bank).

  • Please note that there are no refunds.

  • Do not pretend that you draw the artwork. You can use for personal reasons.

  • Commercial use will result in additional charges.
